Claire Goodwin - Purchasing Manager
Claire has been with the bakery for 9yrs and is currently responsible for all the purchasing for the whole of the factory. From raw ingredients to packaging Claire has the arduous task of ensuring everything we need to produce product is in stock, meets with our high specification and is available for production. Claire’s role is very involved in the efficient running of the factory. She co-ordinates with the production department, technical and sales departments to ensure everything is in place and also has to keep stock records up to date.
Before joining the Bakery Claire worked in printing at Galloways and buying at Sonoco which gave her such a wide and diverse experience to call upon in her role here at Buxton Spa.
Jolanta Rogalska - Purchasing Administrator
Jolanta came over from Poland to work in the Bakery in March 2006. After gaining experience on the factory floor for 6 months Jolanta came into a newly created role in the Buying Department. Jolanta’s primary responsibility is to ensure deliveries are booked in within a detailed schedule making sure our suppliers provide the service levels we need to ensure efficiency in the factory is maintained. Jolanta also works closely with Claire providing assistance where needed.
