Mike Higgins - Managing Director
At the risk of sounding too corny, you could say Mike has baking in his bones as he has been born and bred into the industry. It was just 2006 when Mike’s father Peter Higgins retired from the Bakery and Mike become the sole owner of the business following a management buy out.
Mike is currently steering the bakery through many positive changes and could not have asked for a better start to 2008.
Mike has lived in Buxton all his life and has three children.
