Allan Green - Production Manager
Allan brings a wealth of experience to Buxton Spa. Allan has spent his whole career in factory production. He began working in a Petfood Company before moving to Greggs and Warbutons all in bakery production. Allan’s job is to keep the factory running at an efficient level at all times.
Jayne Lingard - Production Planner
Jayne has worked at Buxton Spa Bakery for 11 years and if anyone knows how the company operates it is Jayne. Joining as a receptionist Jayne has worked in a number of roles within the bakery administration systems and began her current role in summer 2007. Jayne is responsible for production planning and as such has to liase with almost all areas of the Bakery to ensure orders are met and customers receive their goods when expected.
