Angie Crane - Technical ManagerAngie heads up the Technical Department at the Bakery and this covers all areas of food safety and quality control. Having been at the Bakery for 14 years, there is little Angie does not know about Buxton Spa! In her role as Technical Manager, Angie has been instrumental in ensuring the Bakery has achieved and maintained EFSIS Grade A accreditation. Angie is married with one child and in her spare time likes to play netball for a local team. |

Jane Kidd - Quality Assurance SupervisorJane has worked at the Bakery for 8 years and during that time she has gained experience in many different areas of the factory. She is now responsible for ensuring the Quality System is maintained by carrying out audits and continual improvement measures to the various procedures already in place. Out of work, Jane is a budding artist and with the stunning surroundings of the Peak District around her she is never short of inspiration for her drawings and paintings. |

Eija Fiander - Process Co-ordinatorEija has worked at the Bakery since 2003 in a quality control role until taking up her present position in 2007. She is now responsible for maintaining the traceability of all the products we manufacture and ensuring all the daily paperwork is completed correctly. Originally from Finland, Eija came over to Buxton 25 years ago to work as an Au Pair. She did not return home as she then met her husband and now has 2 grown sons of 21 and 17 years. |

Jayne Stead - Process TechnologistJayne joined Buxton Spa from Interlink Foods where she had worked on new product development within the cakes sector for some time. She brought with her to Buxton, a wealth of knowledge and experience along with a drive to develop a range of new and innovative products. New Product Development is an area we are particularly proud of here at the Bakery and there is always a great deal of exciting new flavours and product profiles for us to try. There is certainly no shortage of volunteers to be on the regular taste test panels for Janes latest offerings. Away from the Bakery Jayne is kept busy by her children as well as enjoying her passion for gardening and DIY. |
